I voted for Curie, but Rosalind was a close second. I don't know why Watson called her an unattractive spinster. She looks pretty cute to me.

The biography of Rosalind Franklin is truthful as well as diplomatic. There are many who would say that Watson and Crick stole Franklin's images, used them without her permission, and spent years trying to denigrate her contributions to solving the mystery of the structure of DNA because they didn't want to share a Nobel prize with a scientist who was both a woman and a Jew. Sad. Very sad.
